This roll a monster game is a fun drawing game for kids, as well as adults. Be prepared to laugh at the silly monsters your kids create.
I played this game with my kids on a rainy afternoon. It was simple to play and it kept us entertained as we laughed at the monsters we created.
All you need to play this fun drawing game is the roll a monster free printout (see link below), a die (a single dice) which you can borrow from a board game, and something to draw with (we used markers).
This can be played with 1 person or with multiple people. This can even be played in a classroom setting (may be perfect for a Halloween classroom game).
It is good for any age range. I had fun playing with my kids. For younger kids, it helps with number recognition and fine motor skills.
Be prepared to laugh at your monsters. The kids laughed and laughed that I kept rolling a 3 (my monster ended up with 5 legs).

How To Play This Monster Drawing Game

Each player should also have something to draw with.
Roll the die. Look at the chart to see which monster part to draw.
- If you roll a 1, draw one arm.
- If you roll a 2, draw one eye.
- If you roll a 3, draw one leg.
- If you roll a 4, draw one mouth.
- If you roll a 5, draw one horn.
- If you roll a 6, draw any body part.
If you are playing in a group, take turns rolling the die.
How To End The Game
Before playing, decide how you are going to end the game. You can set a timer and when the timer goes off, the game is over.
Or you can play until all of the numbers have been rolled.
Or you can end the game when someone has at least 2 of every body part. This is how we play. The first person who has at least 2 of every body part wins.
I hope you enjoy playing and laughing at the silly monsters your kids create.
