How to Make an Acorn

Step 1: Print
See the link below to download and print the free acorn craft template.
Step 2: Color
Start by coloring all the pieces of the acorn. If you like, you can get creative with the colors—acorns don’t have to be just brown.
Step 3: Cut
Carefully cut out all the acorn pieces. This is great for practicing those fine motor skills.
Step 4: Glue
Once all the pieces are cut out, it’s time to glue them together. Start by gluing the top of the acorn (the cap) to the acorn. Next, glue the stem and leaf to the top of the acorn. Then, glue on the eyes to give your acorn some personality.
Step 5: Add a Mouth
Use a marker to draw on a smile or a silly face.
