Paint glue mixture onto wax paper dinosaur. I found it was easier with a foam paint brush.

Place squares of tissue paper onto the glue mixture that is on the wax paper dinosaur. The tissue paper squares can be placed outside of the lines because you will cut out the dinosaur shape.
