How To Make Wax Resist Easter Eggs

Cut out an egg shape from the white paper.

Using your white crayon, draw a design on your paper egg. Be sure to press down hard when coloring with your white crayon.

Next, color your paper Easter egg with a marker. Darker colors work better than lighter colors. You should notice your white design “magically” appear. The wax from the crayon resists the marker.

You can color your Easter egg one color, or you can use multiple colors.
