Download this free printable fishbowl craft for kids. A fun cut and paste activity where kids color sea animals, cut them out, and glue them onto a fishbowl.
If your kids love sea animals, they’ll love this easy fishbowl craft. It’s a simple cut and paste activity where your kids create their own underwater world.
My kids had so much fun with this one. They got to color fish, a turtle, plants, and even a starfish. Then they cut out each piece and glued them on the fishbowl.
When we did this fishbowl craft, my kids didn’t just color and glue. They really took their time. They thought about where each fish should go. They wanted the plants to look just right. They even made sure the turtle had a good spot near the rocks.
It was fun to watch their imaginations at work. My daughter made her fish best friends. She said they liked to swim in circles and play hide and seek behind the plants. My son made his turtle the guard of the fishbowl. He placed it right near the front like it was keeping watch.
This craft gave them more than something to color. It gave them a chance to tell stories and be creative. I love crafts like this. They keep little hands busy and little minds growing.
This ocean animal craft is perfect for a quiet afternoon. It’s also great for ocean-themed lessons in the classroom.
All the pieces are black and white with thin lines, so they’re easy to color and cut out. You’ll get a large fishbowl with a water line, plus fun sea creatures and decorations like:
- Two different fish
- A turtle
- Sea plants
- Rocks
- A starfish
