How To Make A Resist Art Snowman
Cut 3 different size circles from the white paper. These circles will be the snowman.
Using painter’s tape, tape the 3 circles to form a snowman onto the white paper. Put the tape on the back of the circles.
Tear the painter’s tape into small pieces and place them on the white paper around the snowman circles. This will be the snow.
Using water colors, paint the sheet of paper, covering the pieces of tape and the white circles. Let the paint dry completely.
Carefully peel off the tape to reveal the snow. Carefully peel off the circles to reveal the snowman.
Use the black marker to draw eyes, mouth, buttons, hat, and arms on the snowman.
Ways To Modify This Craft
You can make several snowman. We just made one snowman. How many snowmen will your kids make?
You can also use q-tips to paint the snow if you do not have any painter’s tape.
