This bubble wrap painted shamrock craft is super easy to make. A perfect St. Patrick’s Day craft for kids for home or school.
Have you tried bubble wrap painting? This was my first time and I really liked it.
Bubble wrap painting is super simple to do and so many ways to do it. I love how each bubble wrap shamrock is different.
Both of my kids quickly pressed their bubble wrap into the paint and quickly pressed it on the paper. They pressed the bubble wrap several times onto the paper.
I love the carefree look of their shamrocks.
I was more careful and made sure all of my bubble wrap had paint on it and carefully pressed it onto the shamrock.
With my slow technique, I was able to get a bubble wrap print of the circles on my shamrock.
That is what I love about art. There isn’t a right or wrong way to do it. Just have fun and let your creative juices flow.
Each bubble wrap painted shamrock is different and it reflects the personality of the person who made it.
A word of advice, if you put too much paint and press down too hard, it will leave a blob of paint on your paper.

Bubble Wrap Painted Shamrock Instructions:
Draw or trace a shamrock on your white paper. If you can’t draw a shamrock, you can use shamrock clip art.
Press your bubble wrap in the green paint (or you can paint your bubble wrap). Then press the painted bubble wrap on your white paper with your shamrock drawing.
It is okay if you get paint outside the line, you are going to cut out the shamrock shape.
Let the paint dry completely. Then, cut out your shamrock.
I hope you enjoy your bubble wrap painted shamrock craft.
Ways To Adapt This Craft
You can use different sizes of bubble wrap to paint with. This will add variety to your shamrock.
You can also use different shades of green paint. Maybe a light and dark green.
Or you can use light green construction paper to make the shamrock and dark green paint.
These shamrocks can be used for St. Patrick’s Day decorations or St. Patrick’s Day cards.
