This Thanksgiving bookmark is perfect to keep your child’s page in her book. This is an easy craft for your kids to make. Use the free printable Thanksgiving picture template to make it easier.

I have this memory of visiting my grandma’s when I was little. She always had several books laying around with beautiful bookmarks. She loved bookmarks.

My daughter loves to read and she has several books that she is reading. However, she has pieces of scrap paper for her bookmarks.

When I see my daughter’s books, I am reminded of my grandma’s beautiful bookmarks.

With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, I decided to make some Thanksgiving bookmarks for my daughter’s books.

I included the template I used, so you can make Thanksgiving bookmarks with your kids.

First, you need to print the free Thanksgiving template below for the turkey, acorn, and leaf.

Or you could use a picture from a coloring book or draw your own Thanksgiving picture.

This Thanksgiving craft will have your kids practicing their coloring skills and scissor skills. Don’t worry if they color outside the lines, the picture will be cut out.

Then, glue the colored picture onto a craft stick. It is that easy.
