Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups Semi sweet chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Add eggs. Using the mixer, mix until well combined.
- Beat in flour mixture gradually.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Drop onto ungreased baking sheets by rounded tablespoons; press down slightly.
- Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
