Not sure what to do with all those Christmas cards? You can make Christmas card ornaments and cards. This is a great Christmas craft to upcycle Christmas cards.
Every Christmas we receive lots of beautiful Christmas cards. They are so beautiful that I hate to throw them away.
So, we use the cards to make crafts.
The cards that have pictures of winter scenes, the kids use to make thank you cards. We send the thank you cards to family and friends thanking them for their gifts.
The Christmas cards that have pictures of Christmas scenes, we use to make Christmas ornaments that we can use the next year to decorate our Christmas tree.
We usually start by cutting all the pictures out of the Christmas cards. The kids then go through the pile to look for pictures to make their collage cards.
They take several different pictures and glue them to make a new card.
They also glue the pictures onto shapes of construction paper to make Christmas ornaments for their trees.
